A first-growth vineyard, To Kalon, Greek for “highest beauty,” is lined with various clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, creating its signature “spice box” of flavors. Oakville AVA – Found on low-lying flatlands between the Mayacamas and Vaca Mountains, Oakville AVA is rife with well-drained gravel soils, producing Bordeaux varietals rich in texture and firm, approachable tannins. A vinicultural treasure, Oakville’s warm climate, unique soil composition and topography are ideal for growing renowned Cabernet Sauvignon.

Widely regarded as a benchmark vintage, 2023 combines immediate appeal with the balance and pedigree for decades of cellaring.

Crème de cassis, flowery incense, exotic spices, mint, subtle chocolate, and violet notes all shine here, and it’s full-bodied, with a pure, layered, multi-dimensional mouthfeel, flawless integration of its tannins, acid, and oak, and a gorgeous finish.
